💰 5. Are interns paid?

Stage 1: 1 year (basic training)
Stage 2–3: 2 years (advanced training)
Total: up to 5 years, depending on evaluation results.
✈️ 7. Who covers the departure costs?
Depends on the Sending Organization. Usually includes:
Language & technical training
Documents (passport, visa, COE)
Medical check-up
Flight ticket
🏠 8. Where do interns live in Japan?
Accommodation is provided by the accepting company (受入企業) or supervising organization (監理団体), with standard facilities and affordable rent deducted from salary.
🔁 9. Can participants work again in Japan after internship?
Yes, if they pass the exam and qualify for the Specified Skilled Worker (特定技能 / Tokutei Ginou) status.
